At Community Pro Labs LLC, we understand that drug and DNA screening can be complicated and confusing. That's why we've put together a list of frequently asked questions to help you better understand our services and how we can meet your needs. If you don't see your question answered here, please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

  • Which insurance do you accept?
At this time we are a Self-Pay service.
  • What if I have to change my appointment?
We at CPL understand things happen, just give us a call at (856) 259-3099 at least 24 hours before your appointment and we can get you rescheduled.
  • What to expect at the time of my visit?
After you book your appointment, someone will reach out to confirm the date and time, you will be asked to have the Doctor’s order with you at the time of service and have your insurance card available so that it may be given to your Lab of choice for processing. A Phlebotomist will come to your location to draw your blood, package your specimen, and deliver it to the designated Lab.
